Men and women don't age the same way. At Cue, we therefore don't start with a generic program, but with your biology. Here's an overview of how the process unfolds, from the first measurement to a finished, tailored plan.
The starting point: your body shifts on the inside
What's distinctive about male aging is that the decline happens slowly. Testosterone typically falls by around one percent a year from about the age of 30. Often you're told it's simply a fact, that it's age.
But what you feel is your body shifting on the inside: your hormones, your metabolism, your testosterone, the whole system. And that's exactly what we can measure. We can find out precisely what's happening in your system, and then do something about it.
Step 1: We gather the full picture
With your approval, we retrieve your medical records and previous blood test results from Sundhed.dk, so we have the whole picture from the start.
Step 2: Your health assessment
You come in for a thorough evaluation, where we measure what really matters:
Blood tests that map your biology in depth.
A DEXA scan that shows your body composition down to the detail.
Blood pressure, as a key health marker.
VO2 max, your maximum oxygen uptake, and grip strength. Both are strong markers of healthy aging.
Step 3: Your tailored plan
After about two weeks, we meet again. Here we go through your entire biology together, and you receive your complete, tailored plan.
This is where we differ from much of what you may have tried before. When we look at your numbers and your goals, we can find around 100 things that could, in principle, be optimized. But the hard part isn't finding them, the hard part is prioritizing. Where do you actually start?
Everything points in the same direction
We look at how to optimize your hormones, what your training should include, and how your nutrition, sleep, and any supplements come into play. Every effort should lift you in the same direction, because when they point the same way, they reinforce one another.
That's what allows our clients to see real change in 12 weeks, not 12 months.
What you get at Cue
At Cue, you get a personal physician who actually knows you, your history, your symptoms, and your goals. Not a standard answer, but a process built around your biology specifically, and a plan that's practical to follow.
