FAQ

About Cue

  • No. Cue is proactive preventive medicine, delivered by licensed clinicians and built on 60+ biomarkers, gut microbiome analysis, DEXA and VO2 max. We just happen to have designed every protocol around female physiology across life stages - something most "longevity" programs still treat as an afterthought.

  • A standard panel covers 8–12 markers against a population-average reference range. Cue runs 60+ biomarkers against stage- and phase-aware ranges, adds gut microbiome, body composition and VO2 max, and every result is reviewed by a clinician who writes you an actual plan - not a "normal / not normal" PDF.

  • Cue is built for women who are broadly well but want to understand, protect and optimise - before problems arrive, and across every season of life.

Your assessment

  • Yes. Our intake captures where you are in the menopausal transition. We time the blood draw appropriately, measure trajectory markers (FSH, AMH) alongside estradiol variability, and track symptoms longitudinally - because in peri a single snapshot is never the answer.

  • Especially then. Cardiovascular, bone and metabolic risk all shift sharply in the decade after your last period. We build protocols around those risks specifically with DEXA bone scans, ApoB-led lipid management, and strength-focused protocols that protect lean mass.

  • Cue's testing is designed to surface what standard checkups miss: the biological signals that quietly shape energy, recovery, cognition, and long-term health. The panel concentrates on four interconnected systems. Hormonal function, which governs how you feel and perform day to day and is rarely measured in sufficient depth elsewhere. Cardiovascular and metabolic health, where subclinical changes begin decades before a diagnosis. Inflammatory and immune status, the quiet driver behind fatigue, slow recovery, and accelerated aging. And cognitive and neurological resilience, increasingly understood as a function of metabolic and hormonal balance. Physical performance is measured alongside the bloodwork. Grip strength, VO2 max, and DEXA body composition give a direct read on muscular capacity, cardiorespiratory fitness, and skeletal health. These metrics are among the strongest predictors of function in later life, and they respond to training on a timescale you can feel.

  • At your health assessment you book your result consultation 14 days after the assessment. Your doctor walks you through what your biomarkers and physical assessments show, how the different systems in your body are interacting, and where the signals are strongest. From there, you leave with two things. A biological and medical action plan built around your specific results, covering anything from targeted supplementation to clinical follow-up where relevant. And a separate plan for nutrition, training, and sleep, calibrated to the same data. Between retests, your Cue doctor stays accessible through the in-app concierge. The next assessment cycle is in 12 weeks, so we can see what moved and adjust accordingly.
